Service Use:
The app allows users to book therapy sessions for wellness and pain relief.
Services are for general wellness and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
User Responsibilities:
Users must provide accurate information during booking and payment.
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or offensive behavior may result in account suspension.
Payments:
Payments must be completed at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Appointments:
Users should arrive on time for scheduled sessions, if service is being provided in provider location.
Late arrivals may reduce session time without refund.
For therapy sessions at the customer’s location, clients must ensure the therapist has a safe, clean, and suitable space to perform the therapy.
If the therapist arrives at the customer’s location and the client is unavailable or the environment is unsuitable for therapy, the session may be cancelled and the booking fee may not be refundable.
Limitation of Liability:
Emmanuel Rapha and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Therapies are provided by trained professionals, but individual results may vary.
Updates to Terms:
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of any changes.
