We aim for customer satisfaction in every therapy session.

Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

1. If a booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment, a full refund will be issued.

2. If Emmanuel Rapha cancels the session due to therapist unavailability or other valid reasons, you may choose a refund or reschedule.

3. No refund will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours).

4. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
